This is a super thick, lush mug of Italian hot chocolate that just slides down the throat nicely to warm the belly!

Cioccolata Calda - Italian hot chocolate!
70% or more cocoa solids chocolate pieces Milk Sugar (not too much mind you - one tablespoon of sugar is enough for 3 cups of milk) Cornflour or arrowroot
Melt the chocolate slowly, adding milk slowly as you go. Add sugar and cornflour and stir til its thickened, should cover the back of a spoon. Whip up some double cream, add a dollop to your mug with sprinklings of vanilla bean sugar. YUM!
